Wholesale capital
Eligible wholesale investors can access selected Australian private credit opportunities secured by tangible property and documented first-ranking mortgages.
Overview
VERITAS HORIZON is a specialist private lending and property-finance platform. We combine disciplined capital deployment, local property-market intelligence and structured risk management to originate facilities that sit beyond the reach of traditional bank credit — then make selected opportunities available to eligible wholesale investors through a managed investment scheme.
Each financing is assessed on a transaction-specific basis. Underwriting focuses on borrower quality, commercial feasibility, independent property value, mortgage priority, loan-to-value ratio, covenants, monitoring controls and a realistic refinance or asset-sale exit — not on an assumption that the property will simply appreciate.
Income, security, loan terms, leverage and repayment are documented before capital is committed. Independent valuation, legal review and security due diligence are completed so that investor participation is backed by registered mortgage rights and a defined cashflow or exit path, rather than by unsecured credit risk.
This approach follows the same senior-secured private-credit model used by Australian real-estate debt managers: first-mortgage exposure, deal-by-deal underwriting, and ongoing loan management after settlement. Participation remains limited to wholesale clients and is subject to eligibility, due diligence and transaction documents.
